HAF Easter 2024 Programme Launch
This year’s HAF Easter programme is full of fun and creative activities to keep children and young people aged 5-16 years who are in receipt of benefits related free school meals and pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan busy during the Easter holidays.
From musical dance workshops to animal experiences, UV glow team challenges and sports camps, there really is something for everyone. Participants have the opportunity to bake, play dodgeball, compete in nerf challenges, paint and create Easter crafts, be part of storytelling and drama, or have a go at rock climbing. All sessions are inclusive and SEND specific programmes are also available from Abilite and North Ferriby Riding for the Disabled. Parents are asked to contact the provider to identify if they are able to meet your child’s needs.
The majority of HAF sessions are 4 hours long and each child and young person can book up to 4 sessions for free in the Easter holidays subject to availability.
New to HAF in 2024 include goat walking in Hedon, music workshops in Beverley, Withernsea and Bridlington, football camps in Bridlington and multi-sports in Wilberfoss. For young people we have a brand-new fitness programme taking place at nominated leisure centres across the county with activities including swimming, circuit classes and zorb football. Sign up to the newsletter at Holiday Activities and Food (activeeastriding.co.uk) and see what exciting activities are on offer. Keep visiting the website as more activities will be advertised in the run up to the holidays.
We hope you will take advantage of these fantastic free activities and enjoy a fun-filled Easter.

IMPs Holiday Clubs
This time we'll be bringing you two exciting holiday clubs.
For our first offering, we'll be going on a sensory safari together, where we'll hear the sounds, see the sights and feel the textures of the Safari.
And for our second holiday club, we'll be learning about all sorts of ways to travel through music and song - we can't wait!
Our iMUSE sessions will be running alongside both Junior and Senior sessions and will be free to book for those who've attended the holiday club. We can't wait and we'd love to see loads of new faces there if we can.
