Here at South Cliff Holiday Park we pride ourselves on providing great customer service, we love to hear back from our guests and would like to thank all of you who take the time to complete our customer survey after staying with us.
We have had some great recommendations and would like to let you know what we have implemented so far.
Keep your suggestions coming!!
We know your furry friends are also part of the family! Many of you have asked if it was possible to install 'dog parking' hooks at the amenity blocks.
We are happy to say these have now been installed at both of the toilet and shower blocks.
Both the play areas on site now have the above sign language signs, for both children and adults to learn basic skills such as how to say and recognise 'help' and 'thank you'.
We hope these signs will aid children of all abilities to be able to play and interact together.
Some of you will have noticed we currently have a rolling programme of improving the hardstanding pitches by extending them up to the road.
Touring pitches are available for... Non-Electric Grass, Grass with Electric Hook-up, Hard Standing with Electric Hook-up, Super Pitch and Large Super Pitch!
 We've had a glow up 🌟
Some more improvements to our existing lodges!
We have replaced all of the sofas and carpets with new, high-quality furniture. The new sofas are more comfortable and stylish, and the new carpets are more durable and easy to clean, to make your stay even more enjoyable!
We appreciate your feedback and suggestions.
