The King Charles III England Coast Path is a trail of epic proportions. When completed, it will be the world’s longest coastal walking route, encircling the entire English coastline: an impressive 2,795 miles. Linking world-famous landmarks with hidden corners, it will allow walkers to discover beaches, clifftops, cities and nature reserves.
The path is opening is sections, with the aim of staying as close to the coast as possible. The open sections are shown on an interactive map on the National Trail website. As new sections open they will be added to the website map. You can also see open sections and find out about progress on other sections on the gov.uk website.
Bridlington to Filey section opening soon
The Bridlington to Filey section of the path is due to officially open on Wednesday 10 May and businesses, accommodation providers, attractions and event organisers located along this section of the route are invited to advertise on the trail map.
