End of Year Feedback Survey for Parent/Carers for the Sensory and Physical Teaching Service (SaPTS)
This survey has been recently sent to parent/carers by the Sensory and Physical Teaching Service. Should you not have received an email or letter with the survey details, please see details below.
Dear Parent/Carer - It is that time of year where we would like to thank you for your support and to invite you to fill in our electronic feedback survey. This is so SaPTS are able to strive to make sure we can provide the best possible service, with the help of your feedback. We have an electronic consultation survey, which can be accessed by going on to the following website https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/SaPTSparent/ alternatively use the QR code below with your mobile device.
We have also made the decision to leave this survey available to parents / carers all year round. This means if you want to leave feedback at different points of the year, you are more than welcome to.
One of the council’s key priorities is valuing the environment. As such, we will be sending this consultation survey out electronically. However, if you do require a consultation in paper format please contact SaPTS by e-mail - SpecialistServices.Hub@eastriding.gov.uk
