Love Parks Week is a chance to find out more about and celebrate the fantastic range of open spaces we have locally in Elmbridge.
With 142 parks, recreation grounds, riversides, and countryside sites across the borough, there’s no shortage of places to explore, relax and connect with nature.
 Annual canvass 2025 begins in Elmbridge: Don’t lose your voice
We have launched our 2025 annual canvass, running from July to December, to ensure the electoral register - the official list of people who can vote in elections and referendums - is accurate and up to date.
The canvass helps identify new residents who need to register to vote and ensures those who have moved are removed from the register.
 Elmbridge Climate Change Citizens’ Panel focuses on transport and emissions
On Saturday 5 July members of the Climate Change Citizens' Panel met for the second time at Brooklands Technical College in Weybridge.
Members explored the topic of transport in Surrey and its contributions to carbon emissions. Themes highlighted were the need to reduce car transport in Surrey, the importance of community involvement and the benefits of transitioning to healthier, low-traffic communities.
 Meals on Wheels summer volunteers needed
Can you spare a few hours to help deliver meals to vulnerable members of our community? We're looking for volunteer drivers to cover short-term summer absences. Even if you can’t commit regularly, we’d love to add you to our reserve list.
Delivery time: 11am to 1pm Days: Monday to Sunday Requirements: Your own car (we’ll cover petrol costs to and from the Centre) DBS Check: We’ll arrange this for you
