Planning enforcement notices served in Cobham
Elmbridge Borough Council achieved a great result with the Planning Inspectorate this month. The owners of Alba Stables, Cobham, which is in the greenbelt, had undertaken a significant amount of development on the land, plus several businesses were operating out of the site.
We served three enforcement notices, and the Planning Inspectorate upheld all our notices with some small changes. Alba Stables has been given three months to undertake the works to comply with the enforcement notices.
