Decarbonisation Grant Scheme Opens
 Round 2 of the Carbon Action Fund (CAF) is now open! Applicants have until 4pm on Monday 10th of November to submit an application through the online form.
Looking to cut your energy costs and minimise your carbon emissions? The CAF offers grants of £2,000 to £30,000 to eligible businesses and community organisations for decarbonisation equipment such as solar panels, heat pumps, and LED lighting.
Last year, 28 organisations secured grants, with recipients ranging from manufacturing businesses and farms to village halls and sports clubs. The benefits reported include lower bills, better user experience, and positive feedback from customers.
Interested in applying? All applicants must provide a carbon footprint report and carbon action plan. These can be freely sourced through the Carbon Action Programme (CAP) or obtained privately. Sign up to CAP now to make sure you have these completed in time to apply for a grant.
