Devon County Council elections on Thursday 1 May 2025
If you're voting in person
Check where your polling station is, and go to vote between 7am and 10pm on Thursday 1 May 2025. Remember to bring along an accepted form of photo ID. You don't need to bring along your polling card. If you need any help, ask the staff at the polling station.
Postal votes
If you have a postal vote and you want to hand it in in person at a polling station or council office, you will need to fill out a form. The reception at Exmouth Town Hall will be open between 9am - 4pm and Blackdown House in Honiton will be open between 9am - 5pm. You can't hand in more than five postal ballot packs for others (plus your own).
Election results
The election count will begin on the morning of Friday 2 May 2025. As the results are announced, Devon County Council will be sharing these to X and to their website. East Devon District Council will also be sharing the results on its digital channels, including a summary in next week's Residents' Update newsletter.
