As our flexible working arrangements continue to bed in, our workspaces are gradually becoming busier and we are continually reviewing the spaces available to accommodate our different workstyles.
Rothesay House
There are two flexible workspaces at Rothesay House in Cumnock.
Space 1
Located on the ground floor, this flexible space has 8 desks, available for employees visiting the building.
These do not need to be pre-booked.

Space 2
This bookable space has 5 desks and is located behind reception area at Rothesay House.
These desks must be booked in advance.

London Road HQ
There is flexible touch-down area on the ground floor at London Road.

This room offers 10 desks with screens and a further 4 touch down spaces.
None of these spaces need to be pre-booked.

Using meeting rooms
Our meeting rooms are becoming busier, therefore we ask you to please use the room booking system .
It can be tempting to take advantage of an empty meeting room at particularly busy times, but this can cause problems when others arrive for pre-booked meetings.
Remember to cancel
By the same token, if you no longer require the room booking, please release the booking from the system. This will allow others to use that space.
Think before you book
In the meantime, please be mindful of booking the most appropriate meeting room for your requirements and consider whether your conversation could take place in a flexible area.
Shared office equipment
Many (not all) of our workspaces are equipped with monitors, keyboards, mice, cables, extension leads and docking stations and these are intended for shared use.
Please do not remove any shared equipment from its intended location.
