Introducing our cohort of young people from Robert Burns Academy who are producing our Heritage App |

Dear Mauchline community, friends and partners,
The Mauchline CARS team hosted a great day recently to meet our cohort of young people from Robert Burns Academy who are working on our Mauchline Town App with support from both teaching staff and East Ayrshire Council’s Creative Minds Team.
We managed to provide the group with a brief tour of the village before they went off to explore some areas in more detail.
Further visits are planned for the group, with the aim of expanding their knowledge about the heritage and history all around us, including buildings, significant people and events in history.
The group is extremely motivated to learn more about our village and its history and be a part of the production of our App. We look forward to meeting them again soon for a further update!
