End of the road for unofficial driving test booking services
It's now against the law for third parties, including unofficial test booking and cancellation finder services, to make bookings for someone else.
It's also a breach of DVSA’s new terms and conditions for the booking service for third parties to change, swap or cancel a driving test for someone else.

Manage your availability to take your pupils to driving tests
As an ADI, you can set times you are available to take your pupils to car driving tests to stop your pupils from booking tests at other times. Your availability is also automatically blocked out when a pupil books a test using your reference number.

If we detect that someone’s driving licence number is being used in a way that breaches our new terms and conditions, we can restrict their access to book and manage their driving test online.
This new guidance is about how your pupils will know if it’s happened to them, what their options are, and how they can ask for a review of the decision.
