We have launched a survey for approved driving instructors (ADIs) to gather your views on the services DVSA offers and where they could improve.
You can complete the survey here. It should take you no longer than 10 minutes.
We know there will be areas that work well and other areas where we could do better. Your views will help us build on our successes and provide you with a better service.
The survey is open from today (15 September) and will run for 2 weeks until 11:59pm on 29 September.
Working to improve services
Following our previous survey, we have been working hard to improve the services we provide for our customers, and your feedback will help us continue to improve.
The survey will ask for your views on working with DVSA, including:
- how it supports your business
- your experience of booking test slots
- communications from DVSA
Your answers will help us understand what you need us to do to provide the best service possible to support your business.
