DVSA carries out more than 1.9 million car driving tests a year, helping connect people and their communities.

The closing date for applications for all areas is 11.55pm on Monday 14 April 2025.
Successful candidates will need to:
- be aged over 23
- have held a full manual driving licence for a minimum of three years
- have excellent customer service skills
- be able to remain cool, calm and collected under pressure and reassure nervous candidates
