We’ve updated the application form PSV 417, on the GOV.UK website.
From 1 April 2024, all applications will need to be submitted using the new updated form.
Evidence of compliance will be required for each application, for example, a manufacturer’s statement or Certificate of Conformity or evidence that the vehicle has European Type Approval by the number being provided on the Registration Document.
