Change to Approval Booking Arrangements
From 1 March 2024 we will be changing the way we use our telephone number for booking a test, paying for a test, or changing an appointment date.
The number will be used for all Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) Motorcycle Single Vehicle Approval (MSVA) and Certificate of Initial Fitness (COIF) related tests, and retests.
From 1 March 2024, these services will only be available to book by calling the approvals booking number 0300 200 1188. This number is already operational, and you should move to this new number as soon as possible.
Our national number 0300 123 9000 should be used for all other DVSA services, including enquiries relating to the processing of applications.
The new number will only be used for IVA bookings and should mean you’re able to receive a better service from DVSA.
