This is an information reminder about DVSA’s enforcement of the posting declaration for EU operators carrying goods into the UK providing deliveries between 2 GB addresses.
EU drivers coming into the UK DVSA’s enforcement action on posting journeys for EU operators is now in force.
DVSA examiners will check declarations for EU operators carrying goods between loading and unloading points which are both in the UK.
Where an EU driver does not have the correct declarations, the operator will face enforcement action.
