We have made a few changes to the reports.
All reports received will now be from ‘DVSA Reports’ and not from ‘top.registrations@dvsa.gov.uk’.
The report confirmation page has been updated to reflect the timings of the report delivery. This can take up to 2 days to deliver.
The Encounter (RTE005) report has changes to the Notice Types codes and descriptions. These notices will be issued in accordance with the Enforcement Sanction Policy and the Categorisation of Defects. The updated Notice Types will now be included in the report and displayed on the back pages of the PDF version.
Defect items for all the Notice Types will also be displayed within the report. For PG35EC (Technical Roadside Inspection), any defects items listed will be advisory items only.
