We sent you an email on 12 August 2021 about how we're changing:
- the way we prioritise who needs to take a standards check
- the support you get before a standards check, by introducing a new phone call with your ADI examiner
We've now published more detailed information about the changes. It includes:
- when you'll have to take a standards check
- the indicators DVSA looks at
- what happens if you only bring a small number of pupils for driving tests or do not teach learners
- how the 30-minute engagement call with your ADI examiner works
- a sample of an 'ADI driver test analysis report', which your ADI examiner will discuss with you during the call
