Following the Welsh Government’s announcement setting out plans to move to alert level 0 in Wales from 7 August, we want to explain what these changes mean to our services in Wales.
The following apply to DVSA colleagues:
Face coverings
Wear face coverings in indoor public places.
Social distancing
Use common sense and take care not to allow situations that could result in crowding.
Other measures
Continue to take sensible precautions and maintain existing best practice on vehicle ventilation and hand washing/sanitising.
We encourage all MOT garages to continue to follow the latest guidance to protect your colleagues and customers.
Some of the rules we have temporarily relaxed for MOT garages will change and we will provide further details via a Special Notice.
