Early next week we will be contacting practical test candidates who still have a car test on hold due to COVID-19 to let them know they have until 2 November to book a test.
If they do not book before this date, we will cancel the application and issue them a full refund.
If they no longer want a car practical test they can cancel it at https://www.gov.uk/cancel-driving-test. They’ll then get a full refund within 5 working days of the date of cancellation.
If you have booked any practical tests for your pupils using the Online Business Service that are still on hold, an email will be sent to the email address that was given at the time of the booking
