Driver CPC deadline: 2 months to go

There's only 2 months to go for professional lorry, bus and coach drivers to complete their Driver CPC training before the September deadline.

All drivers need to make sure they’ve completed 35 hours of periodic training by 9 September 2019.

Check how much training a driver’s done

Drivers can check how much training they’ve done and when they’ll get their next Driver CPC card on GOV.UK. They can also use this service to give their employer temporary access to their training record.

Missing the deadline

Drivers cannot drive professionally until they have completed the training.

Drivers and operators can be fined up to £1,000 for driving professionally without having Driver CPC.
