Survey: reviewing how complaints are dealt with

We'd like to get your views on the way DVSA deals with complaints. 

You just need to fill in a short survey - it takes around 5 minutes to do.

The survey will ask you questions about:

  • what you think of the current complaint system at DVSA
  • how we can improve our complaint system
  • what you think a good complaint system looks like
