Some DVSA telephone services unavailable

DVSA’s telephone services are currently unavailable for:

• practical driving test bookings and enquiries
• driving instructor and trainer enquiries
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) for lorry, bus and coach drivers enquiries

In the meantime, you can still:

• use online services for driving tests, driving instructors and Driver CPC
• email customerservices@dvsa.gov.uk
• contact DVSA on Twitter or Facebook

Problem caused by building work in Newcastle

Building work on Friday 4 May 2018 at a site 4 miles away from DVSA’s office in Newcastle caused the problem.

DVSA’s service provider is fixing it as quickly as possible.

DVSA is sorry for any problems this causes you in the meantime.
