IVA inspection manuals updated

We've updated the following Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) inspection manuals:

• M1 - passenger cars
• N1 - light goods vehicles (up to 3,500 kgs)
• N2/N3 - heavy goods vehicles (over 3,500 kgs)
• M2/M3 - buses and coaches
• O1 to O4 - light and heavy trailers

The updates set out how our examiners will inspect vehicles to make sure they meet the necessary standards.

They don't include changes to the Road Vehicles (Approvals) Regulations which will be updated later this year.
