MOT security cards: issue fixed

Between 9pm yesterday (22 November 2017) and 12:30pm today (23 November 2017) some of you might not have been able to use your security card to log into the MOT testing service.

We’ve now fixed this issue and your card should work as normal.

If you ordered a new card

You won’t receive a new card if you ordered it between 9pm yesterday and 12:30pm today.

If you’re still having problems, then you’ll need to order a new one.
