Latest updates to your MOT testing service profile

Last year, some of you told us that it wasn't clear where you should enter your annual training certificate details on the MOT testing service.

You’ll now see that the profile page layout has been changed to make this clearer.

New testers will need to sign an amended declaration.

Once new testers have gained their MOT qualification, they'll now have to agree to a new declaration before they can request a demonstration test (VT8).

We’ll continue to improve the process so that eventually, the awarding organisation will automatically complete the profile page for you when you’ve completed the assessment.
