Reducing waiting times: new driving test centre in Barking
From 6 February 2017 candidates in Essex will have a greater choice of location to take their driving test.

DVSA will be opening a new temporary driving test centre at Barking Town Quay on 6 February 2017.

We're providing more driving tests in areas where there is currently high demand to:

  • reduce waiting times
  • provide a service that meets the needs and expectations of our customers

Tests will now be available to book.
