-

After you’ve logged in
Once you’ve logged in you’ll need to check the following details are correct:
- your personal and email details under ‘your profile’
- your roles

Nominated Testers can practise testing once they’ve claimed their accounts by clicking the ‘MOT training mode’ link on the homepage.
Some functions will be temporarily unavailable and you should continue using your VTS device / MOT Comp until you’ve fully switched over to the new service on your switchover date.
Any changes made on your VTS device / MOT comp (eg slot numbers, VTS details) will take 24 hours to transfer onto the new MOT testing service.
Receiving your switchover dates
It’s your responsibility to make sure everyone at your site has successfully claimed, checked and updated their new account details.
Your switchover date will be emailed to your listed authorised entity (business) email address under the ‘Correspondence Address’ section on your VTS device.
If your email address is incorrect then you will not receive your switchover date and you will not be able to carry on testing after 22 September 2015.
