Changes to the V750 and V778

Good Morning/Afternoon,

We are writing to make you aware of changes that have been made to the V750 Certificate of Entitlement and V778 Retention Document.

More information on the changes can be found below.

From January 15th, DVLA will start to issue redesigned V750 Certificate of entitlement and V778 Retention documents.

All certificates issued prior to this date will still be accepted (normal rules apply).

Please see examples below (Any customer with a Welsh postcode will receive a bilingual version (V750W or V778W).

The V750W will be a back-to-back document with bilingual guidance notes included.

Back-to-back bilingual guidance notes will be printed with every V750W.
