Stay well in the heat
It’s hot, hot, hot! Don’t forget to look out for anyone close to you who might struggle in the heat. Particularly older people or those with a long-term health condition.
- Encourage them to drink water and stay out of the sun
- Find out if any medicines need to be in the fridge
- If they feel unwell encourage them to call 111
