There is no need to be bored this Easter with activities and sessions on offer in leisure centres, visitor attractions, libraries and more.

Free swimming

Children who live in Dudley borough can benefit from free swimming at Duncan Edwards Leisure Centre in Dudley, Crystal Leisure Centre in Stourbridge and Halesowen Leisure Centre.

Terms and conditions apply and people must be registered in advance.

Leisure centres

Duncan Edwards, Crystal and Halesowen leisure centres are offering sessions including family disability swims and pickleball.

Children can enjoy soft play sessions at Duncan Edwards and Halesowen leisure centre and try £1 football sessions at The Dell Stadium.

Red House Glass Cone

The Red House Glass Cone will be open on Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Monday with a special Easter trail around the site throughout the break.

There will be free Easter crafts on Friday 18 April as well as ‘Make & Take’ sessions on Saturday 19 April, where children can decorate an Easter themed bag.

Spring related glass fusing sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays but book early to avoid disappointment.

Dudley Museum at The Archives

Dudley Museum at The Archives is open weekly on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays with a free family trail being held during the school break.

The museum will also have Easter and Dinosaur crafts on both Wednesdays, with people asked to book spaces early to avoid disappointment.

A wide range of bookable and walk-in sessions including craft, circus skills, board games, Lego workshops and Easter egg hunts are taking place at thirteen borough libraries.

Dudley Town Hall has great entertainment on offer this Easter.

Young pop fans can enjoy ‘Sweet and Sour - The Ultimate Tribute to Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo’ on Friday 18 April and ‘Wicked’ sing-along screening events on Friday 25 April.
