Worried about your mental health and need a helping hand? 

Mental Health Awareness Week is held in May and we want everyone to be aware of the support available locally. We offer adult mental health social care support, which includes Woodside Day Service where people are helped to improve their mental health through a variety of activities with mental health specialists. You can ask your GP or nurse to refer you to this service. 

Need a little extra reassurance to stay independent at home?

Dudley Telecare Service offers a whole range of 'assistive technology' gadgets. These includes alarm pendants and systems, that support to people in their own homes through their link to the service's call centre - 24 hours a day, every day of the year. This service transforms people's lives helping them stay at home safely as long as possible, reassuring families and carers.

National Carers Week, 10 - 16 June

During Carers Week UK we are aiming to raise awareness of the 300,000 plus unpaid carers living across Dudley borough. Our Dudley Carers Hub recognises the valuable role our carers play and the service offers all unpaid carers of a family member or friend information, advice and practical support, along with social activities and a friendly, supportive community.
