Quality audits
As part of our commitment to maintaining safety in our tenants’ homes, we have appointed a company to carry out an audit on the quality of recent gas and electrical inspections.
Morgan Lambert is in the process of contacting tenants on the council’s behalf to arrange a visit to carry out the audit.
This allows us to check the quality of work completed by contractors and ensure high standards are met to keep you and your home safe.

How long will it take?
It will take no more than an hour and your audit visit can take place in the morning or afternoon at a time to suit you.
The auditors will also give advice on how to reduce your energy bills.

When confirming your appointment, please ensure your message contains the reference number (provided by Morgan Lambert), your address and contact details and whether you would prefer a morning (8am to 1pm) or afternoon (noon to 4.30pm) appointment.
