Are you over 50 and live in Halesowen, Gornal Village, or Brockmoor? If so, you are in for a boogie treat. A popular dance class developed to build up your strength and balance is coming soon.
Dudley Council’s Public Health Team has commissioned three new Dance to Health programmes to start in January. However, to give you sneak peak and to see if you like it, taster sessions are taking place in the next few weeks.
No experience is necessary, and each class will include a cuppa and time to chat to get to know your fellow dancers.
The classes already run in Brierley Hill, Netherton, Dudley, Quarry Bank and Coseley and have built up a loyal following.
