Following the success of the taster sessions for a free, dance exercise class for people over 50, another date and location has been added in Dudley.
As part of its Let’s Get Moving campaign, Dudley Public Health has commissioned new, weekly, Dance to Health free dance sessions, to help residents build up their strength and balance. No experience is necessary and each class will include a cuppa and time to chat to get to know your fellow dancers.
The extra taster session will take place at Wellington Road Community Centre, in Dudley DY1 1UB at 10.15am – 12.15pm on Thursday 12 January. Come along and see what you think.
It’s also not too late to sign up to any of the classes, which all begin in January.
