Reminder - opening times for housing - Christmas/New Year 2021/22

Here's a quick overview of our opening times over the Christmas and new year period:

From December 24 to 28 and January 1 to 3 there will be an emergency repair service only.

Please call 0300 555 8283 to report any emergencies on these days..

**Emergency repairs are anything that is a threat to your property or health. Day-to-day standard repairs will need to be reported when our repairs centre is operating as normal (up to December 23 and from December 29 to 31)**

UPDATE - housing services

Offices will be closed from December 23 2021 at 4.30pm and re-open on December 29 2021 at 9am. They will also close on December 31 2021 at 4.30pm and re-open on January 4 2022 at 9am.

The homeless prevention and response team will operate from Dudley Council Plus during these opening hours, and may be contacted for emergencies only outside these times on 0300 555 2345.

Bogus repairs calls

Please be aware that we have had reports of Dudley residents receiving phone calls from cold callers pretending to be from the repairs team.

The caller specifically wants to speak to Dudley Council tenants and asks if they have any outstanding repairs and to share their email details.

Please do not engage with these callers. Please report these calls to the Scams Unit on 01384 818871. If you need to seek information from Dudley Council repairs team you can call 0300 555 8283.
