If your child lives in Dudley borough and was born between 1 September 2017 and 31 August 2018 you need to start the process of applying for a
primary school place.

How do I apply?

You can apply online.

Online applications will need to be submitted by 15 January 2022 by midnight. 

This method is preferred by parents as it is quick and easy to do with the following benefits:

🔹 E-mail decision received after 2pm on 19 April 2022

🔹 You can apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

🔹 There’s no risk that your application will be lost in the post as you will get email confirmation that your application has been received

🔹 It’s safe and secure

You can also apply online at your local library. 

If you do not want to apply online, you can complete a paper application form.

Forms will need to be returned by 15 January 2022 by 5pm.

🔹 You will need to contact the School Admissions Service on 0300 555 2345 for a form to be issued to you

🔹 Parents are strongly encouraged to return the form by recorded delivery as acknowledgements of receipt are not sent by the service

🔹 Please note, if you do choose this method your offer is posted on 19 April 2022 by second class post direct to the home address
