If you plan to visit the Household Waste Recycling Centre over Christmas, please ensure you have your appointment booked.
The Birmingham Street site in Stourbridge will be open every day (8am until 4pm) apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day – but only for residents who have pre-booked a slot.
Dudley Council cannot accept glittered or plastic coated wrapping paper as this can cause serious problems at the recycling plant. A simple tip is to try “The Scrunch Test”. If it scrunches, it can be recycled.
Glitter also poses a huge problem, so please don't recycle.
