People should only leave the house for the following reasons:
Shopping for basic necessities, for example food and medicine. This must be as infrequent as possible
For one form of exercise a day, for example a run, walk or cycle – this must be alone or with members of your household
For any medical need or to provide care or help to a vulnerable person
Travelling to and from work, but only where this is absolutely necessary and cannot be done from home
Essential social distancing

Green bin collections have been suspended by Dudley Council until further notice in a bid to keep the regular refuse and recycling trucks rolling during the coronavirus crisis
