Tell us what you think about bin collections in Doncaster!
Due to legislation changes, local authorities are required to collect defined categories of recyclable household waste separately from each other unless it is not practicable to do so or has no significant environmental benefit. This means that items such as paper and card may need to be collected separately at the kerbside.
This survey will allow us to assess what is practical and logistical to do in Doncaster.
Over the past 12-months, plastic pots, tubs, trays and liquid cartons have been added to the list of items able to be placed into the blue bin, whilst vapes, e-cigarettes and some forms of batteries placed on top of the blue bin have also been added.
We are asking for feedback and thoughts so we can assess and plan for the future of bin collections.
