Elections: Publication of Statements of Persons Nominated

Elections will be taking place on 1 May for a Mayor of Doncaster, ward councillors and town or parish councillors.

The details of all candidates standing in each election can be found below.

Is your household registered to vote?

Know someone who has just turned 18?

Make sure they're registered to vote so that you can vote in the English local elections on 1 May.

All you need they need is their National Insurance number.

The deadline to register to vote is Monday 14 April 2025.

HWRC Summer Opening Times

From Tuesday 1 April, all our HWRCs (Household Waste Recycling Centres) are open until 7pm as part of summer opening hours.

Don't forget - if you are arriving in a van, in a car with a trailer or on foot, you will need to register for an online account before attending.
