At your polling station
Before 1 May 2025 you should have received a poll card which includes the address of your polling station. You can only vote at the polling station stated on your poll card. You do not need to take the poll card with you to vote.
You DO need to take a valid form of photo ID with you to the polling station – you will not be able to vote without this.
You can also find out where your polling station is located by visiting this find my polling station link.

If you have applied for a postal vote, your postal ballot pack will be sent to you around 15 April 2025.

You must return your postal vote so that it reaches the Returning Officer by 10pm on Thursday 1 May 2025. To make sure your postal vote is counted it is recommended you post it in a Royal Mail post box as soon as possible. New rules mean your postal vote will be rejected if it is not returned correctly.
