Doncaster domestic abuse survey for victims' and survivors'

Survivors of domestic abuse are being asked to share their experiences and insights to help future victims of domestic abuse.

A survey produced by the Council’s Domestic Abuse Survivor Liaison Service aims to truly understand the experiences of Doncaster people that have gone through domestic abuse, identify good practice, and listen to people who know better than anyone else how we can improve. The responses will be used to shape services for domestic abuse survivors, ensuring that survivor voices are heard.

Adopters needed to keep brothers and sisters together this new year

One Adoption South Yorkshire, the regional adoption agency for South Yorkshire councils is encouraging anyone who is thinking about adopting to consider adopting siblings and help keep brothers and sisters together.

Brothers and sisters tend to wait longer for an adoptive family. One Adoption South Yorkshire are looking for adopters who would consider welcoming a sibling group into their family.
