Hello there,

Welcome to the latest edition of the Your Life Doncaster North newsletter!

Great news for Bentley cyclists!

Following resident feedback, new bike storage has been installed at Bentley park, so cyclists now have somewhere safe to store their bike while enjoying the park and its fantastic facilities!

The suggestion was put forward at the ‘Building A Better Bentley’ positive action group and we’re pleased to see the new facilities are now up and running!

Local resident Austin (pictured below with Cllr Church, Cllr Hogarth, Amelia from Manna/Boston & Co café and Andy, the Well Doncaster Officer for Bentley), was the first to use the new storage, and he has given it the thumbs up!

Storage is free to use and is located at Bentley Pavilion. Funding was provided by City of Doncaster Council’s Strategic Transportation Team.

Talk to us about Highfields Country Park

A plan has been put together for Highfields Country Park, which suggests a number of improvements to what Highfields Country Park might look like (such as footpaths, signage and notice boards), and what activities might take place there (such as community events).

Before anything happens, we’d like to talk to you about this to make sure that these improvements are what the local community would like to see.
