Quality Streets Update
Work continues to progress in transforming Duke Street and St Sepulchre Gate. We thank you for your patience as we improve our town centre.
What we achieved in April...

- Install Kerbs and drainage

Open Minds Counselling Doncaster wins award for Compassion
A Doncaster counselling charity has won a national award for Most Compassionate Counselling Service in South Yorkshire. The award from Global Health & Pharma acknowledges and celebrates leading pioneers in supporting mental health.
Open Minds is a registered charity based on Christ Church Road in the centre of Doncaster offering counselling to anyone aged 8 and over, from any background including people with issues around anxiety, depression, relationships, sexuality, abuse, addiction, bereavement, and loss.
Mental Health Awareness week is a great opportunity to highlight some of the amazing work happening across Doncaster. If you would like to find out more about Open Minds Counselling please visit the Open Minds website.

This week was #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek , we have been highlighting the work that we and our Team Doncaster partners are doing to help people whose mental health might be affected by feelings of isolation.

Suicide Prevention Engagement Workshop
We are in the process of reviewing the current Suicide Prevention Plan and would like to invite residents to help shape our future plan. You can register to our suicide prevention engagement workshop in Doncaster on 27 May 2022, 10am-1pm .
The event is open to all residents of Doncaster with an interest in suicide prevention who wants to support the development of a one-year prevention plan.
