Let's Do It For Doncaster!
Just because some lockdown measures are being gradually eased across the country doesn't mean we're clear just yet.
We're asking residents to work together and support Doncaster to develop a ‘new normal’ that will keep everyone safe.
We want to make sure we avoid lockdown being re-introduced locally, so here are the steps we ALL need to follow to keep ourselves, and everyone else, safe:
Keep Your Distance
We all know this one by now!
Stay 2m away from anyone who doesn't live in your household when you're out and about.
Wash your hands
Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds, and avoid touching your face.
As you leave home, when you return home, before you eat, don't forget to wash your hands!
If you’re going out, it might also be worth taking some hand sanitiser with you.
Cover your face
Keep your mouth and nose covered when you’re in enclosed spaces, like shops.
We're also expecting further easing of lockdown restrictions in the next few weeks, such as the reopening of shops.
If we all do these simple things, we can avoid a second spike in Coronavirus cases, and more and more normal parts of life will come back quicker.
