 Gentle Movement
Low impact, often seated activities class.
Activities could include boccia (similar to French boules), shibashi/qigong movements, coordination activities, seated exercise.

 Mens Movement
Exercise classes for men only, with a focus on movement and strength
DG One, Dumfries 11am - 12 noon, Fridays (starting 11 April)
 Stroll and Strength
Low mobility walks (20 minutes), followed by 10-15 minutes of strength and balance exercises.
These walks are suitable for people who walk at a slower pace or perhaps use walking aids. The exercises are important for improving strength, balance, stamina, flexibility and can help prevent falls.

No need to book, just turn up!
You won’t require fancy gym clothes, just wear something comfortable. Trainers or comfortable flat shoes are recommended. Please bring a bottle of water.
New participants will be asked to complete a health questionnaire at their first class.
