We are pleased to invite you to attend Building Belonging: The Devon Inclusion Conference, taking place on Tuesday, 10 February 2026 at Westpoint Centre, Exeter.
Developed in partnership with Devon County Council and Olive Academies Trust—renowned specialists in inclusive education—this conference will bring together system leaders from MATs, maintained schools, local authorities, and multi-agency partners to collaborate on shaping a shared vision for inclusion across Devon. This conference is aimed at decision-makers within your organisation, including headteachers, principals, heads of school, and system leaders across trusts, federations and partner organisations.
Devon County Council has engaged Olive Academies to provide independent strategic advice on strengthening inclusive practices across our education community, and Building Belonging: The Devon Inclusion Conference represents a pivotal step in developing a unified vision for inclusive education in Devon. This work aligns with the direction of travel set out in the Department for Education’s forthcoming legislation, reinforcing our commitment to national priorities for inclusion.
The programme will feature keynote presentations from Olive Academies’ leaders, alongside panel discussions and interactive networking sessions designed to foster collaboration and share valuable perspectives on building a more cohesive and inclusive system. Your participation will be instrumental in enriching these conversations and driving meaningful progress.
