Sharing the following message on behalf of Practice Plus Group:

We have planned system downtime at Stratus House from 1000-1200 this Wednesday 17^th September. All services will continue to operate remotely, however, during this period CCH will not be able to handle calls from either Crew on Scene or Care Homes.

It will only be for the 2 hours and during this time care homes should call 111 instead (999 if emergency).
