Community-Based Care and Support providers: Survey to help inform the Annual Fees Uplift
Devon County Council is currently reviewing the fees it pays for services and is looking to engage with Providers of Community Based Care and Support to help inform the authority's decision on the annual fees uplift for 2025/2026.
The Council considers a wide range of information, some quantitative and some qualitative, and as part of this we are particularly keen to hear from community-based providers to better understand your current plans and cost impacts for 2025/2026 - acknowledging the range of different business models in operation across the market.
Please complete this simple online survey, DCC Community Services Annual Uplift Survey as part of this engagement process. Please complete the survey by 9am on Tuesday 4th February 2025.
Please note that the annual uplift relates to service costs and inflationary factors only, this is separate from any changes to package and associated costs due to a change in client needs.
Further information describing the context on the delivery of all of our services within the proposed budget, and the Government’s provisional settlement for local councils, has been published on the DCC website: Devon’s Cabinet agrees more cash for adult care and children's services in target budget - News
